Great to visit our completed development in Chippenham, which has transformed a former 22,000 sq ft Wilko store into a vibrant community asset. After extensive refurbishment, the site now features Tesco, which has been operational since late-summer; Starbucks, which opened last week; and Anytime Fitness, set to open before Christmas.
This project has involved great collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, brining employment opporutnites and renewed energy to a historic building on Chippenham’s High Street.
