Purchase of a former Building Society in city centre location. Planning was obtained and works undertaken to convert the ground floor into a Caffè Nero and upper parts into eleven student units.

Lewes, High Street

Purchase and redevelopment of a Grade II listed Bank with substantial upper parts. The ground floor has been subsequently let to Côte Restaurants and uppers converted into two high quality flats.
