With our strategies firmly in place, our team is buzzing with enthusiasm as we gear up to execute our ambitious plans for 2024.

We have additional funds and a target of £50 million dedicated to new acquisitions and we remain focused on our core sectors of retail, roadside, convenience and education.

2023 HIGHLIGHTS

2023 was another exciting year for The Harkalm Group, despite the challenging market conditions, there were so many highlights.

ACQUISITIONS

ONE DORSET SQUARE, LONDON NW1

We are delighted to announce the acquisition of an extraordinary property located at 1 Dorset Square, London NW1.

Prominent Grade II listed building standing as a remarkable testament to the exquisite Georgian architecture of its time. Steeped in rich history, it once occupied the hallowed grounds of the historic Lord’s Cricket Ground, known as Dorset Fields, until its redevelopment in the 1810s.

This acquisition presents a wide range of opportunities for future redevelopment and asset management.

LETTINGS

NUNEATON – DRIVE THRU

Our latest Drive Thru development has been let to Costa on a 15-year unbroken lease. This exciting venture, complete with an A3/A5 planning use class, marks a significant milestone in our portfolio.

 

CHELMSFORD – NURSERY

Working in partnership with Kinderzimmer, an established, high-end German-based Day Nursery operator. We have been facilitating their expansion into the UK, and Chelmsford marks our fourth successful letting with them in just one year.

DEVELOPMENTS

KENSINGTON – NURSERY

We’ve acquired a distinctive 5,500 sq.ft former Barclays bank in the heart of Kensington. Currently in the process of a comprehensive refurbishment, our ambitious plans are set to transform it into a vibrant Day Nursery. Remarkably, this site is one of the very few locations in central London with substantial demised green outdoor space.

 

CHIPPENHAM – RETAIL

We’ve successfully acquired a former 22,000 sq.ft Wilkos store, and we’re already making strides with a comprehensive redevelopment. The revitalised site, anchored by Tesco, is set to reclaim its status as a premier building in Chippenham, bringing new life and utility to this prominent location.
