At Harkalm we are reinventing and reinvigorating the traditional relationship between landlord and tenant.

We work together with tenants to achieve a 'Win/Win' for all, treating all our tenants as partners in our mutual success.

For our own part, we use our large network of agents to aid our retail partners in their search for property. Because we target under -achieving, or non -performing property that fits our retail profile, we do not necessarily need to maximise rents from the letting income.

This approach benefits our tenants and allows us to create longstanding and profitable relationships.
