  • Income producing investments with national covenants preferred
  • Single lots, parades or portfolios
  • Short to medium term re-gear opportunities
  • Vacant properties with high letting potential
  • Development opportunities to convert upper parts

Roadside Requirements

  • 0.4 acres – 5 acres sites
  • Nationwide locations considered
  • Prominent roadside locations
  • Close proximity to retail generators and other high traffic volume roadside locations
  • Greenfield land or Petrol Stations, Pubs, Car Showrooms and Industrial Buildings will be considered
  • Sites with or without buildings in situ


We value our network of agents and are happy to pay fees to non-retained agents on a deal by deal basis. We also offer profit share opportunities.
