Our Responsibilities

Social and Environmental responsibility is a fundamental part of Harkalm’s philosophy.

We are constantly reviewing new ways to integrate social and environmental concerns into our business operations.

Harkalm Giving Back

Harkalm uphold the philosophy of ‘giving back’. Therefore every time we purchase a property we make a sizeable donation to one of our chosen charities.

Charities we are actively involved in include:

  • Norwood

Norwood is a leading UK charity supporting vulnerable children, families and people with learning disabilities. Norwood is ambitious for the people who use our services and we strive to ensure that everyone can live the life they choose, irrespective of their ability”.

  • Crohn’s and Colitis UK.

Crohn’s and Colitis are bowel conditions which can have a devastating impact on education, work, social and family life, and have no known cure. As the major patient support charity for the UK’s 240,000 children, teenagers and adults who have these conditions.

With any of our new developments, we are keen to support the green initiative and incorporate any new innovations that help to conserve the environment.
